Coming at keys from an auto electrical background means a vehicle that will not start gets diagnosed rather than guessed at.

Smart Car Keys is a trading name of Smart Auto Electrics. Same person and same equipment, under a name that makes sense when what you need is a key.
Work is booked in advance rather than run as a 24 hour callout. It means the correct key and software are already on board when we arrive.

If the fob only needs pairing again you will be told that, and if a vehicle cannot be done you will be told that too.
The person who takes the call is the person who does the job.
Vehicle entry and lockouts are not part of the service. Neither is emergency out of hours work. Motorcycle keys are not covered either, although motorcycle auto electrical work is done under Smart Auto Electrics.
Where every key to a vehicle has been lost, whether the job can be done on site depends on the make and model, so that conversation happens before anything is booked.
